The timeline for a custom home design is typically developed over a couple of weeks depending on the size and complexity of the home, time of decision making and workload. I keep you updated every step of the way.
Yes, as we collaborate during the design stage it is a good time we want to make the changes.
My design philosophy is to eliminate costly under construction changes and encourage you to have the final decisions made prior to construction. Be aware changes during construction which might have a knock-on effect and is generally discouraged. Contact me should you want to make any changes so we can go through any options and impacts.
I have great respect for the work and effort of other designers and would only consider re-using plans (if suitable) if the plans have been released to me in writing.
